1-month update: 14.8lbs down
A little late in posting this but I completed week 4 with a loss of 2.2lbs! I did have quite the sweet tooth this week, so I did try out an oreo fluff recipe (super good). This stuff tastes almost like oreo ice cream but since it is made with pudding, it doesn’t have the cold aspect to it. Amazing stuff, especially because oreos are my favorite.
Anyways, I joined a gym over the weekend. Have I gone yet? Nope. I actually plan on starting next week with going 3x a week, focusing on cardio. I actually am going to get my card for the gym this week and what not. I am looking forward to getting back into the gym, but I would be lying if I said there was a part of me that doesn’t want to start it back up. With taking a break from the gym of about a year and half, I already know I will basically be back to the beginning. I got to work back up my stamina and endurance, but I know my future self with thank me and will only help along in this weight loss journey.
Being that I am a month into Weight Watchers, I kind of now have a routine down for food. My breakfast/lunch/snacks are pretty much the same and I know roughly the points of food items, so I can now easily interchange them to be around a certain amount. For dinner, I do switch it up but always around the same number of points which can be anywhere from 8 points to 13 points. The plan is getting a lot easier to stay on especially now that I don’t have to scan every single thing to know what the points are.
