Soooo I haven’t blogged this week because I just haven’t felt it to be honest. To catch up, last week I had sciatica nerve pain and a deer ran into my car. The nerve pain was the worse! If anyone has had it, I know you can relate. I had the sharp shooting pains and no matter what position whether I was standing, sleeping, sitting..whatever! I always was in some sort of pain, even if it went down to a dull pain. The first couple of days were the worst as it hurt to even move. Thankfully, after 1.5 week I am pretty much back to normal! I did stretch yesterday so trying to implement stretching on a daily basis to hopefully help – future wise. I have to be careful when it comes to my back because I had a spinal fusion (metal rods that connect from just below my neck down to basically my hip area) when I was 14 years old due to scoliosis. Also, the deer that ran into my car wasn’t as bothersome because this week with my insurance company, I feel it worked out in my favor – so ZERO complaints.
At work, with our season coming to an end though, it has been a bit crazy. Not to say this whole 2020 year hasn’t been crazy at work but last week and this week it just seems it is not as easy flowing as it should be. I try my hardest not to let work affect me (because of my understanding of how law of attraction works) but all I can say is I am human. I was always told personal life should be separate from work life and vice versa, but sometimes it is hard to let work not interfere into my personal life especially on those hard days were nothing seems to go right. Luckily, I have a wonderful partner by my side who lets me rant and rave to her when I need it.
Last weekend, I spent some time with some of my girlfriend’s family while we walked through a small town and did some Christmas shopping. With Covid, we really haven’t been out and about but needed to get some shopping done. I love to go look at local shops because you never know what you can find. I found some really cute home decorations and little knick-knacks. This weekend we are planning on driving around looking at Christmas lights while drinking hot chocolate (maybe I will spike mine with something since I won’t be driving🤣). We also have to finish up Christmas shopping as well. Most of my shopping was done online, which I would say probably rang true for many of us this year but sometimes with just going and looking, you never know what you may come across or what deals you can take advantage of.
I guess that is it – like I said this week was an off week for me and I am hoping next week will be back to my normal self! So this blog was really just a blog about what I am up to in general. Unfortunately not a whole lot going on between a lot of things being shut down/cancelled due to Covid and now with it being colder and starting to see more snow.
