Sleep Meditation

I have absolutely come to love listening to my sleep meditations. Currently I am on one that is supposed to help my manifestations. It uses the music frequency to help reprogram my subconscious (basically hypnosis). The music is calming, and it knocks me right out at night. I even started doing a meditation before sleeping that goes right into my sleep meditation on my playlist. So, I play the meditation and once that is done, it starts the music for my sleep mediation. I actually feel more rested now than before doing this – which is big for me because I’m on week 2 of cutting out my daily energy drink (I have had one every day for the last couple of years).

So, I just wanted to take a moment to say how excited I am about these headphones (below #paidad) BECAUSE I have tried using two different kinds that were not meant for sleep and my neck has been begging me to use different ones!

I don’t want this to turn into an ad so I will just say: I broke my Bluetooth headphones by using them to sleep, thinking they are wireless, and I won’t get caught in the cord. Which is true, because I initially used my ear buds that have the wire and I would wake up in the middle of the night because I would get tangled in them or because they were plugged into my phone, rip my earphones out of my phone (while my phone goes flying to the floor). The Bluetooth headphones were ones I use with jogging, so they have the band behind the neck and go around the ears. With sleeping on them, I think the wire inside the band broke because one side doesn’t sit right on my ear and now doesn’t work. I am not sure what other people have tried that works but I am super excited about these new ones.

If anyone else has any tricks and/or tips on different things that I can use that has helped you in your mediations, please comment them! I kind of got my routine now and love it but can always take advice on ways to improve. I honestly wished I would have discovered meditation sooner. I am not even referring to using it for manifestation but for being able to feel the calm and peace that comes with it. It has also helped me throughout my day by having that better mindset and things don’t bother me as much. It also helps to remember – if someone is able to upset/change my mind then that means I am giving my energy to them and I want my energy to go towards something I want in my life (not something I don’t want)☺ .
